We understand Medicaid funding and can help your school secure allocated funds to serve local school districts and ensure all students are served with excellence. Please note, we do require a one-year school contract so our therapists can deliver the best possible care to your school district.
Our Private PediatricTherapy Services at Excel Therapy Clinic
Our private therapy clinic in Dalton, Georgia proudly serves pediatric patients ages 0-21 seeking Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy. All therapists are Medicaid credentialed, and we take most forms of insurance at our clinic located at 1011 Abutment Rd, Suite 112 in Dalton, GA. For Medicaid, we take Caresource, Amerigroup, and Peachstate. We also take Blue Cross Blue Shield and private pay patients. At this time, we do not accept Cigna or Aetna insurance.
We require a doctor’s prescription faxed to our office at 706.841.9211. After we receive your pediatrician’s referral, we will call you to schedule your appointment.
